Most leadership advice works on outcomes and behaviors directly: set the target, correct the performance, push harder. Sustainable Leadership looks upstream from outcomes to understand the behaviors influencing them and the environment encouraging those behaviors.
Orientation then helps you consider where, if anywhere, to focus your attention to influence that environment.
Observe what is happening. Organize what you see. Become oriented. Decide what comes next. Observe again.

Membership — $9.50/month or $74/year
Save your baseline, establish your Environmental Scoreboard, and keep observing as circumstances change. Both plans include the same membership. Membership is not required to receive your complete initial Review, Orientation or What Now.
- Ongoing Reviews. Environments change. Many leaders find it useful to return about once a month and observe again; you choose when.
- Several environments. Review departments or teams such as Sales, Technology or Operations separately, each with its own history and Scoreboard.
- Following an initiative. Later Reviews let you observe how the conditions surrounding an initiative appear to be changing, compared with your earlier baselines.
Plus applicable taxes. Monthly renews each month; annual is charged upfront and renews each year. Cancel anytime in your billing portal; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
