This is the next step in the same conversation. Sustainable Leadership System is in beta, and you are being invited to use it seriously — with a real environment you lead — and to say candidly what does and doesn't work.

Thank you for helping test something that has been developed over a long period of time. Your willingness to work with it early matters more than you might expect.

Please use Sustainable Leadership with a real leadership environment you know — a team, branch, department, program, or another setting you understand well enough to examine honestly.

You don't need to understand the framework before you begin, and you don't need to arrive with the problem figured out. Use it naturally, in your own words, the way you would talk with a consultant sitting beside you. There is no right way through it.

I'm not looking for people to tell me it's good. I'm looking for people willing to try it seriously.

Beta participants will also receive access to a digital manuscript of What Now? You won't need to read the book before using Sustainable Leadership System. The book explores the thinking behind the system in greater depth; the online consultant gives you a private place to apply that thinking to the environments you actually lead. Manuscript access is coming during the beta.
